Our Journey
The Evolution
of a Vision
C.P. Management LLC in Norwell, MA, was born from a vision to provide exceptional construction services marked by transparency, quality, and trust. This vision culminated in March of 2023, but Jon Clare, our founder, began the journey to starting C.P. Management LLC much earlier.
Right after obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Plymouth State in 2018, Jon landed a significant role as a field engineer with a large-scale construction firm in Randolph, Massachusetts. Here, he managed multi-million-dollar projects encompassing occupied rehab, new construction, and renovations.
Early Beginnings
From Field
Engineer to Visionary
Gaining invaluable hands-on experience, Jon moved on to a mid-sized general contractor in Norwell, MA. Taking on the role of Assistant Project Manager, he learned the business side of project management. His responsibilities spanned managing budgets, negotiating with subcontractors, and working alongside project architects and owner representatives.
Being promoted to an entry-level Project Manager, he led projects from inception to completion. Finally, Jon worked for a family-owned business in Halifax, MA, understanding the nuances of small business management and the needed versatility.
It was an understanding of the entire wheelwork of the construction industry and the hunger for personal growth that fuelled Jon’s decision to start C.P. Management LLC. Today, the company stands as a testament to his varied experience, dedication, and mindful approach towards customer satisfaction.
